Óyeme en tus sueños can be translated to ‘hear me in your dreams’, this 50X70cm linocut print is a variable edition of 20 and it was created in 2021. Each print varies in the colour of the paper and the colour of the ink used.

The imagery it presents has a connection to Toca mis sueños, these two linocut prints were created around the same time. They both explore human connection, interaction, intimacy and sexuality. Drawing and evolving from previous symbolism regarding the vulva, the cut and the wound, here the opening of the body stands as an entry, a portal, an interface, a point of contact. The blank space renders it enigmatic and devoid of certainty and meaning… The two figures express a desire to come into contact in some way that is beyond the ordinary in a surreal world were sight is hindered, giving way to touch and hearing as different ways of experiencing one another. The spiritual, oneiric and erotic mingle in this time and space were bodies echo their natural surrounding, expressing a view of sexuality as an exhuberant, uncontrollable and fluid force of nature that understands no gender.

El imaginario que presenta está relacionado con Toca mis sueños, ambos grabados fueron creados alrededor del mismo tiempo. Los dos exploran la conexión entre personas, la interacción, la intimidad y la sexualidad humanas. Haciendo referencia y evolucionando del simbolismo anterior sobre la vulva, el corte y la herida, aquí la apertura del cuerpo se erige como una entrada, un portal, una interfaz, un punto de contacto. El espacio en blanco lo vuelve enigmático y desprovisto de certeza y significado… Las dos figuras expresan el deseo de entrar en contacto de alguna manera más allá de lo ordinario en un mundo surrealista donde la vista queda relagada, dando paso al tacto y al oído como formas alternativas de sentir al otro. Lo espiritual, lo onírico y lo erótico se mezclan en este tiempo y espacio donde los cuerpos hacen eco de su entorno natural, expresando una visión de la sexualidad como una fuerza exuberante, incontrolable y fluida de la naturaleza que no comprende de género.
